Workshop Manager (m/f/d)

The Fa. Luibl is a full-service provider for all aspects of work platforms, construction machinery, forklifts and telescopic handlers. For our head office in Passau we are looking for a reliable and motivated Service Manager (m/f/d). With our special equipment, we are represented throughout Europe and are actively involved in shaping the largest infrastructure projects of the future decades. As part of our workshop and phone support teams, you will be an important part of keeping our customers’ projects running smoothly.

What is my area of responsibility?

• Creation of daily work schedules
• Coordination of the workshop helpers, painters, machine operators…
• Claims management for our numerous machines
• Communication/negotiations with customers in the event of damage to rental equipment
• Coordination with the workshop on the repair of damaged equipment
• Organisation of damage documentation (machine delivery & return to depot)
• Coordination of service cases for our rental machines (on construction sites and in the yard)
• Scheduling of own and external fitters.
• Partial repair on construction sites and at customers with service vehicle
• Improvement and implementation of service processes
• Advising customers by telephone in the event of technical defects and operating errors
• Ordering spare parts
• Quality assurance in the work of the individual departments
• Cleaning and maintenance of our machinery
• Preparation and return of working platforms, forklifts and telescopic loaders

• Business or technical training

• Many years of professional experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle sector
• Work experience ideally in the agricultural machinery, forklift or construction machinery sector
