Transport / depot and claims manager (m/f/d)

The Fa. Luibl is a full-service provider for all aspects of work platforms, construction machinery, forklifts and telescopic loaders. For our head office in Passau, we are looking for a reliable and motivated transport / depot / and claims manager (m/f/d) rental service / fleet / logistics.

With our special equipment, we are represented throughout Europe and are actively involved in shaping the largest infrastructure projects of the future decades. As the most important part of our logistics, you ensure that our customers’ projects run smoothly.

What is my area of responsibility?

• Disposition of the company’s own truck and low loader fleet
• Coordination of international transports for the areas of purchasing and sales
• Claims management for our numerous machines
• Communication/negotiations with customers in the event of damage to rental equipment
• Coordination with the workshop on the repair of damaged equipment
• Organisation of damage documentation (machine delivery & return to depot)
• Daily scheduling of truck drivers and supporting staff at the depot
• Rental of working platforms, forklifts, telescopic loaders etc.

What should I bring?

• Business or technical training
• Professional experience ideally in the areas of freight forwarding, logistics, fleet or construction machinery
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Negotiating skills and a knack for numbers
• Pleasure in working with customers
• High level of commitment and organisational skills
• Independent and reliable working style
