Another Luibl Location
Luibl aquires new branch in Volkmarsen near Kassel
The Luibl Rental Group has acquired an additional logistics site in the town of Volkmarsen, near Kassel, to increase the availability of rental equipment in central and northern Germany. This expansion will allow large construction sites to be served even more efficiently and will shorten transport routes for rehire partners who rent special equipment from Luibl.
The company's strategy is explicitly not aimed at creating regional competition for small and medium-sized rental companies. Instead, it focuses on expanding collaborative partnerships with rehire partners, enabling them to better serve their regional customer bases without having to invest in special equipment themselves. Additionally, logistics routes for executing major projects for key account clients in northern Germany will be significantly shortened.
This centrally located site in Germany will particularly benefit customers and rehire partners in the metropolitan regions of Kassel, Göttingen, Hanover, Paderborn, Bielefeld, Dortmund, Münster, Marburg, Frankfurt am Main, and Erfurt, while also reducing transport distances for projects in the north, for example in Bremen and Hamburg.
The acquired property had already been used as a construction equipment rental facility in the past and is equipped with two storage halls, including office spaces and workshops. For optimal customer service, there is also a wash bay on the premises.
The new logistics hub offers theoretical capacity for up to 600 machines.
With this move, Luibl Rental strengthens its growing position in the German rental market. Recently, the company has also made investments in Leipzig and at the A6/A7 motorway junction near Crailsheim / Feuchtwangen in Baden-Württemberg.
This additional hub underscores the company’s long-term growth strategy – with a clear focus on quality, regional availability for major clients, and its role as a strong partner for other rental companies.
