Rent aerial work platforms & specialist equipment – your height-access technology throughout Europe
Working heights up to 58 m, load capacities up to 25 t, delivery across Europe – that is the Luibl rental fleet.
Construction projects rarely fail because of the budget, but usually because of the wrong machine at the wrong time. Luibl Rental & Sales delivers the right height-access technology directly to your construction site – whether a single machine for three days or an equipment package for a large-scale site over several months.
No project is too difficult or too big for us – give it a try!
With our numerous specialist machines, we are represented throughout Europe, e.g. in many large automotive plants such as BMW, Mercedes/Daimler, Audi, Jaguar and Porsche. Of course, we also supply tradespeople and industrial companies with rental equipment. In addition, at Luibl you receive new and used equipment from many leading brands at top prices. Our rental service offers telescopic work platforms up to 58 m and scissor lifts up to 34 m with a load capacity of 1,000 kg. Forklifts can be rented up to 16 tonnes load capacity and in many different versions. Whether electric forklift, diesel forklift or rough-terrain forklift, you will always find the right forklift to rent with us.
The Luibl rental fleet – Maximum performance for construction, industry and trade
The rental fleet comprises over 200 own and network locations across Europe and covers the entire demand for height-access technology and industrial trucks.
Aerial work platforms for every surface
Scissor lifts are the standard solution for level surfaces in halls and on paved outdoor areas. Electric scissor lifts work emission-free indoors; diesel rough-terrain scissor lifts overcome gradients of up to 45 % and reach working heights of up to 34 m with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg.
Telescopic and articulating boom lifts are the right choice when lateral outreach over obstacles is required. With working heights of up to 58 m, they cover even the most demanding façade work, bridge inspections or hall assembly.
Tracked (crawler) work platforms are used on soft ground, gravel or gradients over 50 % – where wheeled machines fail. Designed for rough terrain on construction sites without paved access. Mast lifts and truck-mounted platforms round off the range at the lower end: compact vertical lifts for narrow aisles, warehouses and maintenance work.
Telehandlers: the multi-talent of construction logistics
Luibl rents out rigid and rotating Roto telehandlers from leading brands such as Manitou, Magni and Merlo.
- Rigid telehandlers lift material precisely to height and are the standard solution for construction site logistics.
- Roto telehandlers rotate the superstructure 360° and reach lifting heights of up to 39 m. With a basket attachment they replace a work platform; with a winch they work as a crane – one machine, three functions.
- Electric telehandlers are designed for emission-sensitive environments such as food production, the pharmaceutical industry or indoor areas.
Forklifts: electric, gas, diesel up to 33 tonnes
The forklift range extends from the electric front forklift for warehouses and gas forklifts for mixed operation to the heavy-duty forklift with 16 t to 33 t load capacity. Rough-terrain forklifts with an oscillating axle and all-wheel drive are designed for unpaved surfaces and construction sites. High-lift trucks are available for narrow aisles in logistics centres.
Specialist equipment for complex requirements
This is where Luibl sets itself apart from standard rental companies: the range includes equipment that most competitors do not keep in stock.
Heavy-duty telehandlers up to 20,000 kg
The Manitou MHT 10200 lifts up to 20 tonnes – no other machine in this class combines this load capacity with the flexibility of a telehandler. Used in heavy assembly, wind turbines, steel construction and shipbuilding.
High-bay scissor lifts for logistics centres
Specialised models with 22 m, 28 m and 33 m working height are available for narrow rack aisles in high-bay warehouses. Their slim design fits into aisles that are too narrow for standard scissor lifts – decisive in intralogistics and rack installation.
Cranes and construction machinery
The portfolio includes truck-mounted cranes and mini cranes for lifting work as well as heavy construction machinery such as the Doosan 30-tonne crawler excavator for earthworks. Project planners who need lifting and earthmoving capacity in addition to height-access technology get everything from a single source at Luibl.
Logistics & service: Europe-wide delivery from a single source
Luibl operates its own low-loader fleet. This eliminates dependence on external hauliers and ensures plannable delivery dates – even for bulky large equipment. Delivery areas: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary and other European countries. On-site service: Technicians can be deployed on site on request throughout the entire rental period. Downtime due to operating errors or technical problems is thus reduced to a minimum. Long-term rental: For projects lasting several months, long-term conditions including UVV inspection and annual maintenance are available. One point of contact looks after the entire equipment range – no parallel contracts with different rental companies. For other rental companies: Luibl also acts as a specialist-equipment partner for rental companies that do not keep certain machine categories in their own fleet.
Safety & training: Working safely at height
Every machine leaves the Luibl rental fleet serviced and inspected in accordance with the applicable regulations. For operators, Luibl offers training for all equipment types. Legal framework: The operation of mobile elevating work platforms in Germany is governed by DGUV Vorschrift 308-008; DGUV Vorschrift 68 applies to industrial trucks. Both regulations require documented instruction of operators and a written driving order. A proof of qualification (operator licence) is not a statutory obligation, but serves as evidence of expertise. Luibl training qualifies operators directly on the rented machines – practical and equipment-type-specific.
