Rent a Manitou telehandler
The Manitou telehandler product range extends from small compact rigid telehandlers, which can be advantageous due to their agility and lightness, to the MRT models, the rotating telehandlers. With numerous models of telescopic handlers, you can always find the right vehicle for your application at Luibl. The rental price is set according to a fair price-performance principle, so that the use of a telehandler is not too expensive. Our fleet includes telescopic handlers from Manitou. These include rigid telehandlers, for example. The compact MT 1840 telehandler from Manitou reaches a lifting height of up to 17.55 m. The smallest telescopic handler that we offer from Manitou in this segment and this design is the MT 420, which already has a cab and a diesel drive. If you want to hire a rotating telehandler, we recommend the Manitou MRT 3570, which has a rotating uppercarriage and a cable winch, allowing loads to be lifted like with a crane. Telehandlers with this rotating function offer significant added value in terms of flexibility. For heavy loads, we offer the Manitou MHT 10160 ST5, with which it is possible to move up to 16 tons with a maximum lifting height of 9.62 m.

History
Manitou was founded in 1953 by Andrée Braud and Henri Faucheux. Initially, the range did not include telescopic forklifts, but small agricultural machines. The brand name was introduced in 1958 after Andrée's son Marcel Braud developed a tractor into a forklift truck. The name was finally fixed in 1981 and the old name was no longer used. In the same year, the production of telescopic handlers with all-wheel drive started. Manitou telehandlers were so successful that they went public after just three years. Over the years, Manitou has become one of the leading brands in the field of telehandlers and has established a broad product portfolio. With the Manitou MLT telehandler series, for example, they supply very compact small telehandlers. With the MHT series, you have access to telehandlers for extreme loads. Rigid Manitou telehandlers, also known as Manitou MT, are available from 4m lifting height to 18m lifting height. Popular Manitou MTs are the Manitou MT1440 and the MT1840. Agricultural Manitou telehandlers are called Manitou MLT. The MLTs are equipped with larger ST5 engines than the MT telehandlers. Another special feature of Manitou MLT telehandler vehicles is the wide range of attachments available.
