Can I also use a rough-terrain forklift indoors?

In principle yes, if it is a hall with sufficient ventilation. As the Luibl rough-terrain forklifts run on diesel, emissions are produced. Use in enclosed spaces without ventilation is not permitted. For emission-sensitive environments, electric telehandlers are available as an alternative in Luibl's rental fleet.

What licence is required for a rough-terrain forklift?

To operate a rough-terrain forklift on company premises, a driver's certificate (forklift licence) in accordance with DGUV Principle 308-001 is required. The training covers theory, practice and a final examination. For driving on public roads, a driving licence of category L, T or B may additionally be required, depending on the gross vehicle weight and design. For use on site only, the forklift licence is sufficient.
