Dual capacity up to 454 kg

The ZT21JE-Li works with two load ranges. In the restricted working range – i.e. with reduced outreach – it lifts up to 454 kg. With the boom fully extended, 300 kg are permitted. In practice this means two technicians plus tools, fixings and a component fit into one lift. You save the second trip up and down that otherwise lengthens every installation step when platform capacity is tight.

The platform measures 2.44 × 0.91 m. That is considerably more standing area than on the smaller sister machine ZT18JE-Li and makes a difference as soon as longer components – profiles, cable trays or light strips – have to go up.

22.95 m working height and 15.50 m outreach

With 22.95 m working height, the ZT21JE-Li covers the range most frequently needed for hall installations, façade work on five- to six-storey buildings and maintenance of industrial plants. The three-section telescopic boom provides 15.50 m horizontal outreach – so you reach the work point even if the area underneath cannot be driven on.

The boom is supplemented by a jib with 130° articulation (−55° to +75°). This lets you guide the platform over roof overhangs, behind pipe racks or above fixed plant components to the work site. The turntable rotates 360° continuously and the platform rotates ±90°. In many cases this makes repositioning the machine unnecessary.

Emission-free lithium-ion drive

Power comes from a 51.52 V, 375 Ah lithium-ion battery. There are no exhaust emissions on site and the noise level is well below that of a diesel lift. This qualifies the ZT21JE-Li for jobs where a conventional machine reaches organisational or legal limits:

The machine stays easy to manoeuvre: 2.69 m inside turning radius, 5.45 m outside and a tail swing of 1.70 m. This lets you reach the work site even in tight yards or halls.

Safe operation and regulations

The lift is controlled with proportional joysticks. Standard equipment includes a tilt warning system, a load sensing system, auto-levelling, emergency lowering, emergency stop, all-motion alarm, self-closing entry gate, flashing beacon and an on-board diagnostic system. The machine is CE compliant.
