Dual capacity up to 454 kg

The ZT32J-V works with two load ranges. In the restricted working range it lifts up to 454 kg; in the full working range 300 kg are permitted. That is enough for two people with tools, fixings and components. You save additional trips between the ground and working height.

34.30 m working height and 19.20 m outreach

With 34.30 m working height and 32.30 m platform height, the ZT32J-V reaches roof edges, façades and plant components that are too high for machines in the 28 m class. The telescopic boom with hexagonal profile is torsion-resistant and provides 19.20 m horizontal outreach. The jib articulates through 130° (−55° to +75°) and the turntable rotates 360° continuously. This lets you position the platform precisely, even over obstacles.

Rough-terrain capable without extendable axles

Four-wheel drive, oscillating axle, 45 % gradeability (24°) and 0.41 m ground clearance bring the ZT32J-V into position even on unpaved site ground. As the axles do not need to be extended, it is ready for use immediately after unloading. The drive speed is up to 5.5 km/h, the turning radius 3.50 m inside and 6.10 m outside.

The lift is powered by a Kubota diesel engine meeting EU emission Stage V. According to the manufacturer, the load-sensing hydraulic system reduces energy consumption by 13 %. The fuel tank holds 150 l.

Safe operation

The lift is controlled with proportional joysticks. Standard equipment includes a load sensing system, tilt protection, automatic levelling, emergency lowering, emergency stop, horn, all-motion alarm, self-closing entry gate, flashing beacon and an on-board diagnostic system. The machine is CE compliant. On request, Luibl provides operator familiarisation in line with applicable regulations; operation requires appropriate training.
