Scissor lifts – electric and diesel

Electric scissor lifts are the first choice for indoor work in halls, commercial buildings and public buildings – emission-free, compact and gentle on hall floors. Diesel-powered models handle construction sites, paved outdoor terrain and industrial facilities. Working heights from 6 m to over 18 m, load capacities up to 450 kg. In stock: Genie, Manitou.

Telescopic and articulated boom lifts

Telescopic boom lifts offer a large outreach capacity even in confined spaces – suitable for façade work on historic buildings in Bern's old town, cabling work under bridges or work near railway installations. Articulated boom lifts are used wherever obstacles have to be negotiated. Working heights of up to 43 m available.

Trailer-mounted lifts

For trade businesses and smaller individual measures, towed trailer-mounted lifts are the cost-effective solution. No category C driving licence required, easy to transport and quick to set up. Working heights up to 16 m.

All aerial work platforms in the Luibl rental fleet are maintained and inspected in accordance with the applicable Swiss occupational-safety regulations. The equipment meets the requirements of SUVA as well as the European Machinery Directive. For work at height above 3 m, special regulations under Art. 8 VUV apply in Switzerland; Luibl provides the necessary technical documentation on request. Equipment instruction by trained personnel is available on request.

Luibl has its own low-loader fleet for delivery and collection in the greater Bern area. No dependence on external hauliers, on-schedule provision even for short-notice requirements, direct coordination via a single point of contact. For larger projects with several machines at the same time, the network with over 200 locations is available.
