Forklifts play a decisive role in in-house transport. But you not only need skill, ability and a sense of responsibility – you should also have successfully passed a forklift licence examination.

Depending on the type of industrial truck, you need different qualifications:

• Aptitude assessment for forklifts: checking the basic aptitude to operate a forklift safely
• Forklift training in accordance with DGUV 308-001 for operating front-loading forklifts and pedestrian-operated industrial trucks with ride-on capability (level 1) as well as reach trucks, telehandlers and container forklifts (level 2)
• Forklift training in accordance with DGUV 308-009 for the use of rough-terrain telehandlers (level 1) as well as additional qualifications for rotating superstructures or the use of mobile elevating work platforms (levels 2a and 2b)
• Annual instruction is mandatory for operating any industrial truck

You will receive the theoretical training in our own training rooms from our specialist staff and external specialised lecturers.

The training usually lasts one day. For comprehensive complete training courses, e.g. for telehandlers, it can take 3–5 days depending on prior knowledge until the necessary knowledge can be imparted. Bear in mind that telehandlers are real all-rounders, i.e. they are a forklift, construction machine, crane and mobile elevating work platform in one. For very large groups we can also offer in-house training on request, although it is more advantageous to use our modern and extensive fleet on site. The training courses in the areas of aerial work platforms, forklifts, telehandlers & cranes conclude with a theoretical and practical examination. Afterwards, your employees receive the relevant training documents, certificates and operator licences.
