The electric drive of the SBE-225 is relevant for emission-sensitive areas such as cleanroom and high-tech manufacturing environments, of the kind being built at the BIC.

All work platforms meet the requirements of DGUV Regulation 308-008 and are technically inspected before every hire.

For materials handling around the Goederendistributiecentrum Acht and construction logistics at BIC Noord, counterbalance, rough-terrain and heavy-duty forklifts are available.

The Kalmar heavy-duty forklift lifts up to 16,000 kg and is ideal for loading lorries with components and plant equipment. All-wheel-drive all-terrain forklifts handle transport on unmade site sections, while counterbalance forklifts are designed for indoor and outdoor use in logistics halls.

Rotating telehandlers with 360° upper-carriage rotation are available with lifting heights of 21 m, 25 m, 30 m and 35 m and, fitted with the appropriate attachment – basket, cable winch or forks – can take on the role of either a work platform or a crane, an advantage when requirements switch between shell construction and plant installation.

For occasional lifting work on confined construction sites, the RMK-1908 mini crane (Maeda CC1908, 20.10 m lifting height, 8,100 kg load capacity, 19.20 m outreach, diesel, 19,400 kg dead weight) is also available. All forklifts comply with DGUV Regulation 68 and are handed over complete with inspection certificate.
