Fixed telehandlers The workhorses of construction logistics. Compact design, high load capacity at every level. Ideal for material supply on high-rise and industrial construction sites.

• Merlo P 50.18 Plus: 18 m lift height, 5,000 kg – all-rounder for building construction

Rotating telehandlers (Roto) Rotating upper carriage with 360° rotation. Can be used as an aerial platform (work basket), crane (winch) or classic loader. Variable outriggers ensure a safe stance even on confined ground.

• Merlo Roto 50.21S: 21 m lift height, 5,000 kg – proven in exhibition and hall construction

• Merlo Roto 70.28S: 28 m lift, 7,000 kg load capacity

• Manitou MRT 2660: 26 m lift, 6,000 kg – for facade work on high-rise buildings

• Manitou MRT 3570: 35 m lift height, 7,000 kg – the greatest available reach in the Roto segment

• Magni RTH 6.35SH: 35 m lift, 6,000 kg with hydrostatic drive

Electric telehandlers

• Manitou MT 625E: zero-emission operation for exhibition halls, cleanrooms and exhaust-sensitive industrial areas (e.g. Höchst Industrial Park)

Frankfurt presents specific requirements for rental machinery – three scenarios from practice:

Exhibition construction at Messe Frankfurt (Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage) Setting up large-format exhibition stands within tight timeframes. Requirements: fast positioning, low-emission operation inside enclosed halls, precise load placement. Deployment: electric telehandlers or Stage V diesel Roto units with work basket.

High-rise facades in Westend / the banking district Glass facade installation on office towers requires lift heights above 25 m, continuously variable reach adjustment and stable load handling without repositioning the machine. Roto telehandlers with 360° rotation and RFID-based load chart adjustment deliver the precision needed here.

Höchst Industrial Park / Cargo City South (Frankfurt Airport) Installation of plant components, pipe sections and heavy-duty components in active industrial facilities. Requirements: all-wheel steering (crab steer), variable outriggers, load capacity ≥ 5,000 kg at long reach. Recommended: Merlo Roto 70.28S or Manitou MRT 2660.

Luibl relies exclusively on the latest generation of machines – Stage V engines (EURO standard), state-of-the-art control systems, up-to-date UVV inspection certificates.

Manitou – market leader in rotating telehandlers. The MRT range impresses with its Vision+ camera system, RFID-supported load chart and the E-XPRT driving programmes for precise off-road operation. Lift heights up to 39 m (MRT 3570).

Merlo – renowned for the highest load capacity at every lift position. The Roto range offers variable outriggers and standard all-wheel steering. The Merlo P 120.10 reaches 12,000 kg – heavy-duty class without special permits.

Magni – specialist in compact Roto loaders with long reach. The RTH range (e.g. RTH 6.35SH: 35 m, 6,000 kg) is suited to installation work in plant construction thanks to its hydrostatic drive and continuously variable speed control.

All rental machines are UVV-inspected in accordance with DGUV Regulation 68/69 and are handed over with complete inspection documentation.

Every machine from the Luibl rental fleet is handed over with:

• UVV inspection certificate (DGUV Regulation 68/69)

• Operating instructions in German

• Proof of the most recent annual service

On request, Luibl provides an on-site service technician in Frankfurt for the entire rental period. In the event of a breakdown, a replacement machine or a technician is arranged within the shortest possible time – minimising downtime on your site.

Training courses to the IPAF PAL Card standard and DGUV Principle 308-009 can be booked for all three qualification levels. Training can be carried out on your site or at a Luibl location.
